The cost of your long distance move is determined by the total weight (lbs.) or volume (cubic feet) of the household goods you are moving. Based on a list of items you provide us with, we will be able to estimate the weight or volume of your inventory. The volume is calculated according to our table of measurements.
To determine the weight, we will weigh the truck empty and full with your belongings and provide you with weigh station receipt from a state certified weigh station.
Inventory lists are created at the pick-up location to keep track of your shipment. It is very important to keep a copy of the lists with you.
